The website

dalecabra.com is the marketing site of Dalecabra, the independent practice of Swanand Tanavade, Mumbai, India. Content is informational. It is not a contract, a legal opinion, or a guarantee of a particular result.

Engagements

Every engagement is governed by a signed statement of work and, where applicable, a Deel contract. The signed documents control scope, deliverables, dates, fees, payment, cancellation, confidentiality, and intellectual property. If this page conflicts with a signed document, the signed document controls.

Fees and payment

Prices are in USD and may change before a contract is signed. The Readiness Diagnostic is $7,500 and is credited 100% toward a larger engagement within 60 days, as stated in the applicable proposal. Payment is made through the provider named in the invoice or contract. Work begins only after the agreed signature and payment conditions are met.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are those in the signed statement of work or Deel contract. If no signed document exists, contact [email protected] before paying. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Confidentiality and IP

Client confidential information is handled under the signed NDA or contract. Deliverables and IP ownership are defined in the signed document. Do not send confidential material before an NDA is in place; the contact form is not a secure document channel.

Limits

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Dalecabra is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Any engagement-specific dispute is governed by the signed statement of work or Deel contract. Questions: [email protected].

This page is a plain-language summary, not legal advice. Have counsel review the signed contract for your jurisdiction.
