Who is responsible

Dalecabra is the independent practice of Swanand Tanavade, Mumbai, India. For privacy requests, email [email protected].

What is collected

• Booking brief: role, work email, where your AI is stuck, and the question the engagement must answer.
• Contact form: name, email, message, and the page you submitted from.
• Scheduling: Cal.com booking details you choose to provide.
• Payments: handled by Stripe, Wise, or Deel. This site does not store card numbers or bank credentials.
• Analytics and logs: Cloudflare Web Analytics and server logs (page views, errors, approximate region, user agent) used for security and performance.
• Campaign attribution: UTM parameters, Google click ID, and referrer host, stored in session storage for the current browser session and included in your enquiry so we can understand which campaign brought you in.

Why it is used

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or contract, deliver the engagement, process payment, maintain security, and meet legal or accounting obligations. The basis is your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating the site, or consent where required.

Who receives it

Service providers acting on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, analytics), Cal.com (scheduling), Stripe/Wise/Deel (payments and contracts), and an email delivery provider. We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed outside India by these providers under their safeguards.

Retention and rights

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business records. Contract and payment records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]; some records may need to be retained by law.

Cookies and third parties

The site uses privacy-friendly Cloudflare analytics. Cal.com, Stripe, and other embedded or linked services may set their own cookies when you use them. Payment pages are hosted by the provider, not by this site.

Security

Access to enquiry and payment data is restricted, transport is encrypted, and secrets are stored server-side. No system is perfectly secure; report a concern to [email protected].
